What we collect, why we hold it, and what we do not do with it.
Anuradha Seva Sansthan is a welfare foundation in formation, intended to operate in and around Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Questions about this policy, or about information held about you, may be sent to info@anuradhaseva.org.in or raised by telephone on +91 96951 12579.
Only what you type into a form on this site. We do not buy data, and we do not obtain your details from any third party.
| Volunteer registration | Name, email address, telephone number, city or district, skills or interests, and any notes you choose to add. |
|---|---|
| Donation enquiry | Name, email address, telephone number, the amount you indicate and the programme you select. No payment is processed and no bank or card details are collected. |
We use no cookies for tracking or advertising, and this site sets no analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of that request. Nothing else is shared with them.
We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form. You may withdraw it at any time.
Only the people establishing the foundation. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other organisations, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
Forms are transmitted through Formspree, a third-party form service, which holds the message in transit. If we move to a different provider, this policy will say so.
Volunteer details are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until three years have passed with no contact between us, whichever comes first. Donation enquiries are kept for three years. Once the organisation is registered, records connected to money received will be kept for the period Indian law requires.
Write to info@anuradhaseva.org.in. We will reply within thirty days, and there is no charge.
Information is held in access-controlled accounts and is not stored on shared or public devices. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information, bank details or identity document numbers through the forms on this site.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
We are not currently accepting donations. When we are able to, a separate refund and cancellation policy will be published alongside this one, as Indian payment gateways require. Until that page exists, no payment should be made to anyone claiming to collect on our behalf.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
